Joe Lieberman, the Democrat/Independent who backed John McCain in the last Election, is breaking with that side of the aisle.
Over the weekend, Cheney said that we are less safe because of Obama's refusal to use torture. Lieberman, in response to Cheney, disagrees.
My question is, why does the former Vice President feel the need to continue on this speaking tour to try and hurt Obama. This is really unprecedented, as far as I know. Normally, a former administration sits back for a while and lets the new administration get settled in. Does anyone remember Clinton going around and constantly critiquing President Bush?
