"Breast implants are part of my family's values" - Miss CA

OK, so from now on you can't talk about "family values" when your job is to go around and parade your body. Further, you can't display complete and total vanity by getting breast implants. I'm so, so, so, tired of these hypocrites coming and saying how same-sex marriage is against "family values" when they're twice divorce (Rudy Giuliani), addicted to opiates (Rush Limbaugh), ran a stop sign and killed someone (Laura Bush), or your occupation is essentially sex work because you take nude pictures to bolster your modeling career (Miss California).

Now, now, I know you'll all be saying "gay marriage and modeling aren't the same thing!" Yeah, you're right, they're not. But when you're going to appeal to religion like Mrs. Prejean has (she hired a Christian P.R. firm and has done work for the National Organization for Marriage, basically a thinly-veiled church organization that repeatedly appeals to religion for support) then you're going to get it thrown back at you.

She's fired back to criticisms with the statement that "these attacks on me and others who speak in defense of traditional marriage are intolerant and offensive." No, what's offensive is you telling me that gay marriage isn't part of "family values" while you take nude photos with your fake breasts.

Brett...how the hell does Laura Bush being involved in a completely sober fatal automobile accident make her a hypocrite on family values? That is a cheap shot and a low blow, not to mention it doesn't even make any sense.

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from, but don't you think you should state it a little more clearly. Yes, it's hypocrisy, but you didn't really drive it home HOW it was hypocritical. Next time, cool down before you blog.

LOL of course it's a low blow, that's the point. This blog wasn't supposed to be a philosophical logic contest. I've done enough of that this week.
