Rachel Maddow: "The Bush...I mean Obama Administration"

Some may say her language was a bit harsh, comparing President Obama to the former President, but the fact remains that Obama is basically reviving President Bush's terrible idea of taking terrorism suspects out of the regular system of law and placing them in this network of shadowy military courts that have little in the way of accountability or real legal precedence.
