Apparently, Texas Women are being charged for their Rape Kits, which are used to collect evidence after a woman comes into a hospital from being raped. This is despicable! This was also the brought up during the 2008 Presidential Campaign, where Sarah Palin, while mayor of Wasilla, had a policy that charged survivors for their rape kits.
Republican's want to know why women don't flock to them, this would be why!

The State Should Pay! They are the ones conducting the investigation. It is the same as saying you should have to pay to have a police investigate your case.
