This video further reinforces my belief that Olbermann is a partisan hack.
Olbermann likes to wave little bits of the Constitution around--but only when it's convenient to his argument.
The 10th Amendment, the interstate commerce clause--Why doesn't Olbermann discuss the relevance of these parts of the Constitution any other time?
Maybe Olbermann should go read the 4th Amendment whenever he manages to take a break from smugly cheerleading the establishment.
