Hm. This video proves my point exactly: Marriage and statism don't belong together. When you put them together, you may end up with things like in that video.
Who owns you? Do you own yourself, or does the government own you? If your life is really yours, then shouldn't you be able to marry whomever you want? The current system--where the government has the authority to control marriage--implies that the state actually *owns* people. In other words, we are slaves to the state.
As soon as gays turn against the state and seek to liberate marriage from its iron grip, I will be one of their most radical supporters. Until then, their cause is unjust and immoral, and I will not support it. Fight statism.
